Know where a queued record is saved
An offline entry waits in this browser on this device until it can be sent. It is not yet a confirmed server record. Keep access to that browser while entries are pending; clearing browser storage can remove the local queue.
Reconnect and check the result
When the connection returns, ordinary queued entries can sync using their original identifiers. Review the status before entering the same income again. A slow or missing response can leave uncertainty about whether the server received a record.
Retry the original entry
Use the review page to retry the queued item with its original record ID. Do not create a fresh entry to replace an uncertain save: the original ID lets the server recognise a request it already processed.
Park an item when it needs investigation
Parking a queued item stops normal syncing without deleting it. Review its source and details, compare the original platform or client record, then restore it when you are ready. Parked entries remain in the local browser queue.
Treat possible duplicates as a review prompt
Matching amounts and dates can be legitimate separate earnings. Compare the original records before making a decision. The review tool identifies possible matches; it does not automatically merge or delete your financial records.
Separate local review from account export
Account export contains saved server records. Resolve pending local entries before relying on an export as a complete copy of your activity. Use the same browser for the offline queue and keep a separate copy of original platform statements.
