How creator agency permissions work

Understand consent, staff assignments and the information an agency can access.

Start with the creator’s choice

An agency invitation describes the requested access. The model chooses whether to accept it. Membership alone does not give every staff member permission to every model’s records.

Separate income and shift access

Income and shifts have separate permissions. A staff member may be allowed to see work status without seeing income. VE Vault model cards only display figures supported by the active permissions; unavailable information is not treated as zero.

Assign staff to the right models

Agency staff access is limited by their role, assigned models and the permissions the model granted. Review assignments when staff responsibilities change. Shared agency reports do not expose a model’s private expense records.

Review work status in context

The agency overview can show whether an authorised model is working, on a break or off shift. Period totals use the selected dates. Income per hour requires permission to both income and shifts and recorded work hours.

Revoke access when needed

Models can review and revoke agency access from their workspace. Revocation stops that agency’s access and keeps the model’s own records. Check Connections and the agency permissions rather than sharing a password.

Keep identity links separate

A voluntary VelvetElite account link proves identity only. It does not grant income, balance or agency permissions. Agency access still follows the model’s explicit consent and staff assignment rules.
