This policy sets out the standards that apply when you use VE Vault. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Breaching it may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Service to record and analyse your own lawful income, set personal financial targets and allocate savings. Accountants, managers or agencies may use the Service on behalf of a creator with that creator's explicit permission.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to: record or launder proceeds of crime; evade tax or falsify records intended for HMRC or any authority; store personal data about third parties without a lawful basis; upload or store unlawful, abusive or infringing material in notes or free-text fields; impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or circumvent age verification.
